No contraindications have been found in the continuing use of herbal teas; however it is advisable to diversify and alternate them in order to prevent the organism from “getting used" to a cup of tea with a specific functionality, giving as a result a less effective answer. Some herbal teas, addressing to specific needs (e.g. bowel regulation) must be taken as needed, avoiding prolonged use (it is recommended, however, to read carefully the directions for use)
