No, they don’t. L’Angelica Milk Enzymes are lactose and whey free.


The ideal usage for this kind of product is to follow cycles of at least 10 days when you feel that your body is subjected to physical and psychological stress (particularly intense work-rhythms, travel, antibiotic therapies, and gastrointestinal discomforts).

There are no contraindications to the frequent use of the product. As per any food supplement it is recommended periods of breaks between cycles.
